一体化（huà）净水装置和城市供水厂的（de）净化流程一样。它有（yǒu）：混凝池、沉淀池、过滤池、水（shuǐ）质（zhì）稳定装置、反冲（chōng）洗装置、水泵（bèng）及电（diàn）气控（kòng）制（zhì）柜。现分（fèn）别介绍如下：

       1、混（hún）凝（níng）池：投加混（hún）凝剂的原（yuán）水由进水管进（jìn）入混凝池内，用特制的搅拌机搅动，使水中的悬浮物和混（hún）凝剂充分接触反（fǎn）应（yīng）形成矾花。

       2、沉淀（diàn）室（shì）：水经（jīng）加（jiā）混凝剂（jì）混凝后形（xíng）成（chéng）矾花，流到设（shè）备的沉（chén）淀池（chí）内进（jìn）行沉淀，沉淀池采用（yòng）斜（xié）管沉淀法，经过梯（tī）形斜板沉（chén）淀室（shì）沉淀完成固液分离，沉淀下来（lái）的污泥排（pái）入泥斗。

       3、过滤池：经沉（chén）淀后的（de）水流（liú）到过滤池过滤（lǜ），滤池（chí）结构：底部为布水管，中部为（wéi）石英砂，上部（bù）为（wéi）无烟（yān）煤。过滤速度为10m/h，最后（hòu）清水流到清水池内消毒处理后饮用。过滤池反（fǎn）冲周（zhōu）期为12小时左右，反冲时间为5-10分钟（zhōng）。

一体化净水（shuǐ）器适用于江、河、湖、水库等以地表水为水（shuǐ）源的给水（shuǐ）工程的水质净水，中水（shuǐ）回用、及（jí）煤矿（kuàng）尾矿水（shuǐ）、洗煤水、浴池、游泳池、洗车场、造纸、印染（rǎn）、电镀和（hé）其它工业废水的（de）水质净化。
